These terms govern your use of labelyx.com ("LabelYX", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. What LabelYX is
LabelYX is a free, read-only analytics tool for Hyperliquid perpetual futures. You paste a public wallet address and we display data that is already public on-chain (PnL, positions, trade history, funding, and similar metrics). There are no accounts, no sign-up, no wallet connection, and we never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or signatures. LabelYX is operated as an independent, non-commercial side project and is not affiliated with Hyperliquid.
2. Not financial advice
Everything on this site — including PnL figures, leaderboard rankings, funding rates, the liquidation/margin calculator, and any guide content — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading perpetual futures carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
3. No warranty on data accuracy
Data shown on LabelYX is sourced from the public Hyperliquid API and, for market/token descriptions, from third-party sources such as CoinGecko. We do not control these upstream sources and cannot guarantee the data is complete, accurate, or up to date at every moment — numbers can lag, an upstream API can be temporarily unavailable, or a value can be wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping at a rate that degrades the site for other users, or circumventing rate limits).
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.
5. Third-party services
LabelYX links to and relies on third-party services it does not control, including the Hyperliquid protocol/API, CoinGecko, Google Analytics, and Google-served advertising. 6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabelYX and its operator are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the site, including losses related to trading decisions made using information displayed here, or from inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in the data shown.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
