Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of labelyx.com ("LabelYX", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

What LabelYX is

LabelYX is a free, read-only analytics site for Hyperliquid perpetual futures. It has several parts:

• Wallet analytics. You paste a public wallet address and we display data that is already public on-chain (PnL, positions, trade history, funding, and similar metrics).
• Public market pages. Leaderboard, whale tracker, markets, vaults and funding-rate views that need no address at all.
• Calculators. Standalone tools at /tools that run entirely in your browser.
• Editorial content. Guides, learning articles and a glossary at /guides and /learn.
• News. An aggregated feed of third-party crypto headlines at /news.
• Optional browser alerts. Push notifications you can enable per wallet.

There are no accounts, no sign-up, no wallet connection, and we never ask for private keys, seed phrases, or signatures. LabelYX is an independent project built and run by one person, not a company, and is not affiliated with Hyperliquid.

Not financial advice

Everything on this site — including PnL figures, leaderboard rankings, funding rates, the liquidation/margin calculator, news headlines, and any guide or learning content — is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Trading perpetual futures carries substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

How LabelYX is funded

LabelYX is free to use and has no paid tier or subscription. Costs are covered by:

• Advertising. Google AdSense serves ads on this site.
• Optional donations. Via Ko-fi or an on-chain address, entirely voluntary.
• A Hyperliquid referral link. If you sign up to Hyperliquid through our link you receive a fee discount and we receive a small rebate, at no extra cost to you. This is an affiliate relationship and we disclose it wherever the link appears.
• Sponsor slots. We may sell a limited number of clearly labelled sponsor placements. Any such link is marked as sponsored.

None of this changes what the data says. We do not accept payment to alter or promote the ranking, metrics or description of any wallet, vault, token or market.

No warranty on data accuracy

Data shown on LabelYX is sourced from the public Hyperliquid API and from third-party sources including CoinGecko (token descriptions), Binance and Bybit (cross-exchange funding comparisons), alternative.me (market sentiment) and a range of news publishers. We do not control these upstream sources and cannot guarantee the data is complete, accurate, or up to date at every moment — numbers can lag, an upstream API can be temporarily unavailable, or a value can be wrong. The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Push notifications are best-effort

Browser alerts — including liquidation-risk warnings — depend on your browser, your operating system, your device's power settings and a third-party push service, none of which we control. Delivery is not guaranteed and can be delayed, deduplicated or dropped entirely. Alerts are a convenience, not a safety net: do not rely on them to protect a position. Use exchange-side stop orders and margin management for that.

News & third-party content

The news feed reproduces headlines, short summaries and thumbnails from third-party publishers via their public RSS feeds, each attributed and linked to the original article. Copyright in that content remains with its publisher, and their inclusion is not an endorsement. If you are a rights holder and want an item removed, email [email protected] and we will action it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping at a rate that degrades the site for other users, or circumventing rate limits).
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its underlying infrastructure.

Availability & changes to the service

LabelYX comes with no uptime guarantee. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site — including individual analytics views, public tools or push notifications — at any time and without notice. Data you keep on your device (journal entries, watchlist) is stored only in your browser: we hold no copy and cannot restore it if you clear your browser storage or lose the device.

Third-party services

LabelYX links to and relies on third-party services it does not control, including the Hyperliquid protocol/API, CoinGecko, Binance, Bybit, alternative.me, news publishers, Google (Analytics, AdSense and Fonts), Ko-fi, Upstash and Supabase. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies, not ours. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LabelYX and its operator are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the site, including losses related to trading decisions made using information displayed here, from a missed or undelivered notification, or from inaccuracies, delays, or interruptions in the data shown.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. The courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, subject to those same mandatory rights.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
